How do I qualify for the 10% monthly discount mentioned on the rental page? 

To receive the 10% discount on your monthly rent, you must sign up for recurring (auto) payments. This discount is applied to each month of your stay and is currently scheduled to be available for agreements lasting through December 31, 2027.

Can I rent a unit for a single month if I’m between moves? 

Yes. While we offer long-term discounts, all of our units are available with flexible month-to-month leases. This allows you to rent a unit for as little as one month without being locked into a long-term contract.

I am a veteran; how do I apply the military discount to my online rental? 

We are proud to offer a 10% discount for all active military and veterans as part of the "Thank You for Your Service" program. To have this discount applied to your account, please call our office at 704-865-0203 after selecting your unit, and we will update your billing manually.

What is the maximum vehicle size allowed for the outdoor parking spaces?
